Description:
FreeStyle Optium Blood Glucose test strips are available for self-testing of blood glucose. The test strips are for use outside the body (in vitro diagnostic use) and are for self-testing or healthcare professional use.

The blood glucose test strips can be used with the FreeStyle Optium Neo, FreeStyle Optium, Optium Xceed, Optium and TrueSense meters. These strips along with the monitor feature:

No coding = one less step
Increased accuracy with fewer errors1
Foil wrapped strips protect from air and moisture16
Small blood sample required – 0.6 µl
5 second test time
5 second blood sample reapplication time
Top or end fill with visual confirmation
Fill trigger ensures test starts only when sufficient blood sample has been applied.

One box of 10 individually wrapped tests strips.

Usage Directions:
Each box comes with 10 individually wrapped test strips and instructions for how to use them.

Storage:
Store between 4C and 30C

Do not use out-of-date test strips. Check the expiry date printed on the test strip box and on every test strip foil packet. If only the year and month are printed on the test strip, then the expiry date is the last day of the month. Do not use a test strip that is wet or damaged.

NEVER reuse Test Strips. NEVER wipe Test Strips with water, alcohol, or any cleaner. DO NOT attempt to remove blood or control sample from Test Strips or clean Test Strips and reuse. Reuse of Test Strips will cause inaccurate results.
